2011-12 Upper Deck Victory 5 Pack Rip

Dropped into the shop on the way to lunch with a friend today and picked up a few packs of the latest Victory.  The first series of cards released for the 2011-12 season; looks like they decided to put Crosby on the package again this year - sporting his infamous porn stash.  Fine by me.

Here's a rundown of the packs breaks; cards are in order from my favorite to so-on from each pull.

2010-11 Pinnacle

5 pack bust of the newest Pinnacle released by Panini. 10 cards per pack.

I really like the base set of these cards, there are a lot of very interesting looking shots on the front of the cards and the reverse includes a small paragraph long summary captioning the image.

2008-09 Upper Deck MVP

I think this came from the little trading card island at Zellers.  12 packs of cards, 8 per pack for about $12.

Nice looking base set, I'm happy with the product. To start, here are my top 8 favorite base cards from the pull. 

2010-11 Upper Deck Artifacts Hockey

Rainy day purchase from the hobby store.  Wanted to try my luck on these cards, a ton of nice looking inserts and I really like the look of the base cards.  I saw a few really great player combos that I wanted to see if I could get my hands on a something like that.

Roberto Luongo. I had a feeling I would get this card for soon reason, as it was the only base I remember seeing online from yesterday.

Jarome Iginla. Nice looking card in my opinion!
